Values could be defined as guiding principles, energy, or our inner motivation to act on something or not.
People with similar values usually get along well together. When they connect and collaborate, they can bring any mission or meaningful project to a successful end.

ABOUT YOUR coach and certified values consultant
After finishing university with a Master's degree in Finance, Vladi (41) started her career in a multinational corporation. This was logical and a natural step in 2005 for people like her, who dreamed about a job that would allow them to professionally grow and travel the world. And her dream became true. During the following 11 years, she was given many chances, including managing multi-million euro budgets and leading 160 people across four continents. Vladi's job enabled her to connect with people from different cultures, and nationalities and deal with various working styles.
In 2016 she founded her own coaching-consulting company in Slovakia helping entrepreneurs and leaders from different parts of the world. She teaches them how to become resilient leaders, smarter entrepreneurs, and better human beings.
After many years in corporate working under extreme pressure and speed, she discovered the power of personal values with her career coach at that time. She realized she was not living her life in harmony with her values, beliefs, and worldviews.
